The Finnish Panel on Takeovers and Mergers is an independent body at The Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland . The Panel issues recommendations that provide direction for mergers and acquisitions.

One may apply to the Takeover Panel for a statement regarding interpretation of the recommendations, compliance with good securities markets practice as well as individual company law issues.
